WEIGHTLOSS
Getting started can be scary, especially as a beginner. That's why we start with the level of fitness you're at and we progress step by step. Improving CO2 Max so you can endure more, feel more energised and lose the body fat.

STRENGTH
Ever lifted weights before? If you have, there's likely more to learn, if you haven't, I will teach you from the basics until you are an expert and have full confidence of movement under weight, as we progress to build muscle and strength.

RECOVERY
Giving your nervous system and muscles a chance to recover is vital to any training programme that's why I will be working with on MET's, Muscle Energy Techniques, Assisted Stretching and programming effectively to allow the body to rest.
